About Lisa Gaulin
I am from Rhode Island and transitioned to Melbourne, Florida, primarily for the education system for my three youngest children in 2012. As a single mother, it was important to me to give my children an opportunity to thrive in a school environment to prepare them for college and their future. I was fortunate enough that my children played baseball and softball. Hence, I became very active in the local leagues and connected with other parents within the schools they attended.
My professional background started in banking. I spent 20 years in the banking industry, learning from the ground up on the teller line to working in the accounting department, to being a critical person implementing a new software system that tied all departments such as the teller line, to bookkeeping, to the loan department, to the accounting department. As my family grew, I started to work part-time as a bookkeeper in a gymnastic school to help with the daughter's tuition.
I began my bookkeeping company in Melbourne, which introduced me to the housing industry, and I found a love for the field enough to expand my knowledge to Real Estate.
